About me....
I've spent 22 years as an anaesthesiologist — working at the precise intersection of consciousness, pharmacology, and the fragile chemistry of the human brain. Yet for all that clinical experience, it was a phone call three years ago, when my father was diagnosed with dementia, that made the brain truly personal.
He was the person who shaped how I think: endlessly curious, quietly entrepreneurial, and relentlessly optimistic. Watching that change has been the hardest thing I've known professionally or personally.
This project is my way of turning that grief into something useful. I want to understand what science actually says about keeping the brain active — and share it honestly, without hype, with anyone who needs it. If it helps someone else protect what I couldn't protect in my father, that's everything.

Our mission
To make the science of brain health honest, accessible, and personal. This is a space where research meets real life — helping people of every age understand how to protect their minds, build meaningful habits, and face the future with knowledge rather than fear.
Our vision
A world where no one feels helpless in the face of cognitive decline. Where the science is clear, the conversation is open, and every person — whether they're worried about a parent, a patient, or themselves — has the tools to take action. This work began with one man's diagnosis and one family's love. It is dedicated to everyone walking that same uncertain road.
